TAKA Blueberry Smoothie Recipe!
1 cup of orange juice
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 cup whole milk yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups baby spinach (you won’t taste it at all)
1 stick TAKA Hibiscus Healthy Energy
Combine all ingredients in a blender or bullet and blend until thoroughly mixed. (peel your bananas before freezing them!)
