Today’s Friday Favorite is about TAKA!
TAKA Blueberry Smoothie Recipe!
1 cup of orange juice
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 cup whole milk yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups baby spinach (you won’t taste it at all)
1 stick TAKA Hibiscus Healthy Energy
Combine all ingredients in a blender or bullet and blend until thoroughly mixed. (peel your bananas before freezing them!)

Swiss 1-Star Emerald Executive Martin Ryf gives us the scoop on how he’s found success with Globallee through team building.
Martin has an incredible story. He was first introduced to Globallee by a friend, and as soon as he tried TAKA – he was hooked! As quickly as he began loved the products, he soon learned he loved and connected with the corporate leadership even more. He knew Globallee was the company for him.
Martin’s presence in Switzerland is an important part of the company’s international trajectory.
Globallee: What is your secret to motivation?
“There are so many obstacles I’ve had to overcome,” Ryf says. “You just don’t give up!
“You have to be able to motivate yourself. I am motivated by the freedom of being able to do what I want, when I want, and I get that in network marketing. It’s not about money, it’s about what money allows you to do.”
Globallee: Tell us about building a team in Switzerland, have there been any obstacles?
“Most companies take years to get into a new country, but we are starting out International and it’s amazing,” he says. “It’s not easy for a company to come to Switzerland. We have very strict regulations and it’s hard to get your products registered here, so it’s a big deal.”
The flexible schedule of direct sales allows Martin to spend time with his kids and participate in sports. And when Martin’s mother was ill, he was able to take time off to care for her.
Martin continues to lead the charge for Globallee in Switzerland and can’t wait to see it spread around the world. #goinggloballee

Fun facts here again! Today we’re focusing on ETERNITY Organics key ingredient – Progesterone.
Most are familiar with estrogen, but, what is this hormone, Progesterone? And, is it safe?
Most are familiar with estrogen, but, First, we need to clarify the difference between the progesterone that is made by your body (the safe one) and the progesterone that has been molecularly altered (the prescription one).
It is really important to understand these two progesterones:
1. The one made by your body is bio-identical & safe
2. The synthetic version (progestin, progestogen, or mediroxy-progesterone acetate)
Most fail to distinguish between the progesterone (progestins) that have many undesirable side-effects and the progesterone (bio-identical) that, when used according to directions, has no recorded side-effects.
Bio-identical progesterone, when supplied in a proper cream formula, has 40+ years of safety and effectiveness.
The confusion comes from the fact that most will use the term “Progesterone” when referring to bioidentical progesterone made by the body and “MedroxyProgesterone Acetate” (progestins) synthesized by drug companies.
The synthetic molecule can be patented, the natural molecule cannot.
So, when you hear that progesterone has a litany of side-effects, the reference is to the synthetic MedroxyProgesterone Acetate, the progestins.
There are no published side-effects for the body’s bioidentical progesterone.

Globallee: What is your “secret sauce” of business?
Tara: My secret sauce is getting as much product into people’s hands. We use the share up packs constantly and have been very successful. I love the packaging and it has everything one needs to get started on the samples. After that we follow up and invite them to the next meeting.
Globallee: What motivates you?
Tara: I am motivated by helping others get healthy results and putting a few extra dollars in someone’s bank account. Sharing great products and earning enough commissions to help pay for their own auto shops or family trips, car payment whatever will increase their own motivation for success.
Globallee: What encouragement or advice do you have for your fellow Independent Brand Ambassadors?
Tara: The advice I have for everyone. Never give up. Network marketing is not an overnight success but it is constant. Literally anyone can have success if they overcome their fears of talking and sharing these amazing wellness products!!
