Today CEO and Formulator, Mark McKnight, will be answering some frequently asked questions about ETERNO™ Youth Body Transformation. 

How long does one order of ETERNO™ Last? 

That depends on your body weight.  For an adult that weighs more than 200 lbs, they take 6 capsules each night, 30 minutes before going to sleep.  In that instance, the ETERNO™ Capsules and Cream will last for 1 month. If someone weighs under 150 lbs, then they only take 4 capsules before going to bed and the ETERNO™ pack will last for 6 weeks.

Keep in mind that you use ETERNO™ for 5 days each week and that you don’t use ETERNO™ 2 days each week.

What kind of shelf life does ETERNO™ have?

ETERNO™ shelf life is 24 months. 

Do I need to exercise when I use ETERNO™?

For good results, you can use ETERNO™ without exercising.  However, for best results we recommend that you exercise the morning after taking ETERNO™.    Exercising fully activates all of the key natural ingredients in ETERNO™ and we recommend 30 minutes of exercise daily.

Do you have to take both the pills and the cream together for it to be effective? 

No, you do not have to take both. You can use either the capsules by themselves or the cream by itself.   However, for best results, we recommend using them together, as described in the instructions.

What does each separate item in ETERNO™ do? (the pills and cream)

ETERNO™ contains ingredients that are specifically designed to: 

  1. Support natural growth hormone production (both the ETERNO™ cream and the ETERNO™ capsules)
  2. Support improved release of growth hormone into the body (both ETERNO™ cream and ETERNO™ capsules)
  3. Support deep, restful sleep (only the ETERNO™ capsules)

This week’s Fun Fact is focused on TAKA | Hibiscus Healthy Energy – a go-to daily drink, that is both delicious and nutritious!

One of the key parts of TAKA is the vitamins, minerals, and superfoods packed into the formula. Today we want to focus on a very important ingredient in TAKA called Chromium.

Chromium is a mineral that is often referred to as an “essential trace element”. Chromium dinicocysteinate (CDNC) is a unique chromium complex consisting of chromium, niacin, and L-cysteine.

TAKA contains a unique form of Chromium (Chromium Dinicocysteinate) because it is the best and most effective form of chromium in the marketplace.

A study was recently published by the US National Library of Medicine | National Institute of Health. This study focused on the impact that Chromium Dinicocysteinate has on our bodies and our health!

This week’s Fun Fact is all about ETERNO™!

Mark’s Personal ETERNO™ Story:

ETERNO™ has helped me reset the clock. The ETERNO™ method is powerful. I always get a deep sleep and then wake up and workout. After I workout I apply the topical cream. I apply the cream again in the early afternoon.

The experience of using ETERNO™ is life changing.

I am running on a treadmill again almost every day – something I have not done in more than 10 years.  I am lifting weights three to four times a week. I feel energized, a true “youth body transformation”. ETERNO™ has positively impacted every aspect of my life.

ETERNO™ INFORMATION:

ETERNO™ works by supporting healthy growth hormone levels through 3 principle modes of action:

  1. Support natural production of growth hormone. The amino acids in ETERNO™ are powerful precursors to natural growth hormone production.
  2. Diminish potential blockage of growth hormone secretion. Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6 all work together to potentially inhibit enzymes that could contribute to a decline in growth hormone secretion.  One enzyme, 5a-Reductase was researched in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism. The clinical study measured the effects of 5a-Reductase inhibition on the modulation of somatostatin and growth hormone secretagogue actions in healthy men.  As people grow older, there is a tendency to have enzyme build up potentially reduce the pulse activity of growth hormone release. A key part of the ETERNO™ includes a unique blend of Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6 that may potentially reduce this inhibitory effect and, as a result, increase the amount of the growth hormone released into the body.
  3. Support a deep, restful sleep. GABA helps you improve deep sleep and consequently improves growth hormone production during deep sleep. This is when most of growth hormone production occurs in a 24 hour time period. Melatonin also supports deep, restful sleep in the ETERNO™ formula. When you get a full night’s sleep, your body is able to function at its best, helping you live younger and feel younger.
