How critical are evening routines for our well being? Turns out, they\u2019re pretty important for us too.&nbsp;\ud83d\ude34<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These evening routines help our body know that it\u2019s time to relax, reset, and time to prepare for the next day. Evening routines, when combined with our 24 Hour Transformation steps, can truly help you unlock the full power of ETERNO\u2122 and TAKA\u2122&nbsp;\ud83d\ude0c\ud83d\udc4c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That being said, we know routines are different for everyone! We\u2019re sharing some of our favorite ways to unwind below. Take your pick, try them out, and figure out what works best for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Gentle Movements: Stretching &amp; yoga can be great ways to help your body relax and unwind from the day. It also helps eliminate any stress your body may be holding in.<br>\u2022Skip screens: Eliminate screen time 30 minutes before bed. The blue light emitted by digital devices can throw off your body\u2019s internal clock.<br>\u2022Be mindful: 5 minute meditations and breathing exercises can go a long way in helping your body and your mind relax.<br>\u2022Reset: Warm showers or baths are another great tool to relaxation. Try pairing a bath with some lavender bath salts!<br>\u2022Journal: If your mind goes into overdrive at nights, this one&#8217;s for you. Take a few minutes and simply \u201cdump\u201d everything going on in your mind onto a piece of paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now combine the above suggestions with our 24 Transformation for a total youth body experience!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>24 Hour Transformation:<br>Step 1: Do not eat after 9pm.
